Membership Terms & Conditions

Membership Terms and Conditions:

1. Unused studio hours do not roll over to the next month, and members cannot resell or transfer unused hours to another person or membership.

2. Membership fees are non-refundable, and members cannot cancel and request a refund for the remaining membership period. Once a membership is activated, members are committed to the agreed-upon contract term.

3. Your credit card will be charged automatically each month until you cancel 7 days prior to the monthly anniversary date. To cancel your membership, you must provide written notice to the studio via email at least 7 days prior to your monthly anniversary date.

4. Membership is for one person only, and each membership account is tied to a specific individual’s name, email, and contact information. Members cannot allow other photographers or parties to use their membership account, studio space, equipment, or studio credit.

5. No partial refunds for early cancellation are allowed, and members cannot get a refund for a partial membership period. Members who cancel their membership before the end of their contract term will lose access to their remaining studio hours.

6. All scheduling must be booked and confirmed through the studio’s website, and members cannot request or reserve studio time or equipment through alternative channels or methods.

7. No walk-ins or unscheduled tours are allowed, and members must contact the studio prior to any visit or reservation. Members must also follow any visitor policy, health and safety guidelines, and studio rules and regulations.

8. The membership is for photography and creative purposes only, and members cannot use the studio space or equipment for any non-photography related activities without prior written approval from the studio management. Any violation of this policy may lead to the termination of the membership account.

9. Non-photography related activities need to be per-approved by the studio, and members must provide full details of the activity, its participants, duration, and any additional requirements or resources. The studio management reserves the right to refuse or modify any request at their discretion.

10. Bookings with more than 4 people need to be cleared with staff, and members must notify the studio of any plans to use the studio space for group sessions, workshops, events, or other activities that involve more than 4 people. The studio management may request additional information or a meeting to discuss the details of the activity.

11. Membership is intended for creative photographers shooting individuals, and members cannot use the studio for large group sessions, apparel shoots, or other activities that require extensive space, equipment, or resources. The studio management reserves the right to determine the suitability of any activity and may modify or terminate a membership account at their discretion if they believe that the membership is being misused or abused.
