CAN I BOOK VIA PHONE?

Yes, our website can be used on your mobile, or you can book your slot via our online calendar on the ‘Book the Studio under the tab of The Studio’ section of our website. However, please don’t hesitate to get in touch via phone with any questions or queries you may have.

CAN I BOOK THE STUDIO FOR LESS THAN 4HR

Yes, We offer booking slots of 2, 4 or 8 hours or longer bookings. If there’s something specific you’re after from the studio, then get in touch.

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNT

No, our prices are fixed and are not negotiable.

DO YOU PROVIDE A PHOTOGRAPHER /VIDEOGRAPHER?

We only offer studio space to hire, and therefore we don’t provide photographers as part of a booking.
If I want to book a crew member (i.e. a photographer, videographer or assistant) for a project, can you recommend someone?
Yes, we can refer the industry best photographer and videographer to you

DO YOU PROVIDE CATERING?

No

HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY BOOKING?

To amend a booking time or date, please give the studio a call or send us an email with your information, and we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes.

OPENING HOURS

The studio is available to book 9 am- 7 pm same time on bank holidays.
We’ll make sure somebody is there at the studio to let you in and lock up.
There will always be a member of staff on hand to make sure you are set up and comfortable with the lighting and all other equipment.

CAN I ACCESS THE STUDIO BEFORE MY BOOKING TIME?

WHAT HAPPENS IF I RUN OVER MY BOOKING TIME.

You can extend the booking by an hr, and We know that shoots can run over sometimes, so if you need extra time, this can be paid for on the day at the rate of £20 per hour. Please be aware that there may be another booking in the studio immediately afterwards, in which case we will be unable to extend the booking.

IS THERE A PARKING SLOT IN THE STUDIO?

Yes, we have on the street parking

IS THE EQUIPMENT INCLUDED IN THE BOOK PRICE?

Each studio comes with photographic equipment included in the hire fee; check the individual studio pages to see what is included in each spare.

IS THERE EXTRA EQUIPMENT?

Yes, we have a steamer, rail and hangers? In Each studio comes with a steamer, rail and hanger

IS THERE TEA AND COFFEE ?

Yes, we have Tea, coffee, milk and water are all included in the price. Microwave and kettle. are also available

IS THERE WIFI?

Each studio has WIFI with a 30mbps fibre connection.

ARE BACKDROP INCLUDED IN THE BOOKING ?

White, storm grey Colorama is included in the hire fee.

WILL THERE BE ANYONE TO HELP OUT WITH SETTING UP LIGHTING ?

There will always be a member of staff on hand to make sure you are set up and comfortable with the lighting and all other equipment.

ARE THERE EXTRA TABLES TO USE ?

Yes

WHEN CAN BOOKINGS BE CANCELLED. ?

For a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the start of the booking.
